Mental Elf Festive Fun Run is a festive fun run of 5km, which can be a walk, jog, skip, push, dance or run around our 5km route. The event is open to all abilities and ages, as well as are furry doggie friends. However, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
There is also a 2.5km festive family walk option as well, as we truly want to involve as many community members and supporters as possible.
The event highlights the need for better mental health support during the winter months, the importance of physical wellbeing to support your mental wellbeing, and to raise vital funds for Havant and East Hants Mind.
