Volunteering at Staunton Country Park

Conservation volunteer

Looking to volunteer outdoors and support your local community? This is an exciting time to join us at Staunton Country Park. This role will work alongside other volunteers and ranger staff to carry out a wide variety of tasks. Dependent on the season this could include clearing overgrowing vegetation, parkland grounds maintenance, coppicing and scrub management, as well as wildlife surveying/monitoring and keeping the park tidy and litter free.

No specific skills are needed but a willingness to volunteer in all weathers is appreciated! A basic level of fitness will be needed as tasks are physical and on uneven terrain. Flexible time commitment.
