Perfect for smaller groups, the Maple package offers an intimate wedding for a close-knit guest list.

Location

Ceremony to be held in the Waterview Room, with a wedding reception in the Cedar Rooms.

Cost

£3,550 for 28 people (including the couple) for the wedding breakfast and reception. Invite additional reception guests for £125 per person.

Capacity

The Waterview Room has a capacity of 30 people. This includes the couple, your guests, the two required registrars and any other suppliers such as photographers. The Cedar Rooms can accommodate up to 80 guests.

Included in this package

  • Exclusive two-hour venue hire of the licensed Waterview Room for the ceremony.
  • Exclusive use of the Cedar Rooms for wedding reception (4pm to 11pm).
  • Parking for all guests.
  • Food and drink as detailed in the food and drinks section.

Food and drink

Our menus are crafted using fresh and local produce sourced from around Hampshire where possible. Seasonal changes to our catering ensure that the food offered at your reception will be both delicious and sustainable.

Our classic Maple wedding package includes:

  • Post ceremony drink in the Waterview Room.
  • Selection of canapes (three per guest).
  • Two course wedding breakfast, with a choice of three options from the menus listed.
  • Half bottle of wine per person for wedding breakfast.
  • Sparkling toast drink.

The timings provided are illustrative and can be discussed with the venue ahead of your wedding.

The Waterview Room can hold up to 30 people, including the wedding couple. Larger ceremonies could be held in the Chapel with our Aspen package.
