Hold an intimate wedding with stunning views across Southampton Water in the Waterview Room, a unique space perfect for smaller ceremonies.
The Waterview Room is licensed for ceremonies of up to 30 people (you and your partner, two registrars, and your guests) and can also host a small drinks and canapé reception. Receptions can also be held in the Cedar Rooms Restaurant for up to 80 guests.
Cost
£510 to £530 for 3 hours for up to 30 guests.
The space can be hired for additional hours at £170 per hour.
Room hire includes
- Exclusive access to the second floor for the duration of the hire period and supervised access to the Chapel tower for an agreed period after the ceremony.
- Duty Manager and volunteers to support the organisation and smooth running of the event.
- Volunteer guide to support the event, including enabling tower visits,
- One trestle table and chairs.
- Stand-alone audio system (Bluetooth, USB connection).
- License for music and alcohol.
- Parking for all guests.
For the trestle table and chairs: coloured sashes and alternative colour linen can be arranged for an additional charge. You are welcome to bring in other decorations but you will be responsible for setting these up yourselves in advance of the ceremony.
