For Paws Terms and Conditions
For Paws is managed and operated by Hampshire County Council.
Bookings
All sessions must be booked online using the For Paws booking system.
By booking a session, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
Each session is limited to 50 minutes to allow a 10‑minute buffer period ensuring successive users do not come into contact with each other or each other’s dogs.
Bookings are non‑refundable, unless we cancel your booking.
We may cancel your booking at any time. If we cancel your booking, you may request an alternative session without further payment or a full refund.
On Site
You must park your vehicle in the dedicated space for the field you have booked and leave the space promptly after the end of your session.
Enter the parking bay and close the gate before letting your dog(s) out of your vehicle to ensure safety.
Use the key code provided to enter the pedestrian gate into the field, ensuring it is closed behind you. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have not received a key code before you arrive.
You are advised not to arrive more than a few minutes before the start of your session and to remain in your vehicle until your session is due to begin.
Before entering the field, you must ensure no one else is there. If another user is present when your session should start, please email [email protected] immediately.
A maximum of four dogs can be in the fields at the same time.
All dogs must be supervised at all times while you are on site.
Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times.
Please discourage your dog(s) from excessive noise.
Please discourage digging and report holes to [email protected].
You must bring your own poo bags and pick up your dog’s waste. Use the dedicated dog waste bins provided.
All toys, treats, and items brought into the field must be taken home.
Spot checks may be carried out, and repeated failures to clean up may result in suspension.
No smoking, vaping, or alcohol use is permitted.
The booking is for exercising dogs only — no barbecues, drones, or other activities.
Abusive behaviour will result in being banned.
Your session must end at the booked time and must not overrun.
