How do I book a session?

All bookings are made online through our booking system. Simply choose your preferred field, select a time slot, and complete your payment to secure your session.

How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?

We do not offer cancellations or rescheduling for customer‑initiated changes. If we need to cancel a session for any reason, we will contact you directly to arrange an alternative date. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for full details.

Can multiple dogs attend?

Yes, please check our maximum capacity and rules before booking. All dogs must be under control and vaccinated as per ourTerms and Conditions.

Will anyone else be using the field during my session?

No. Your booking gives you exclusive use of the field for your time slot.

Are XL Bully or restricted breeds allowed?

If you wish to book with an XL Bully or restricted breed, please see our Terms and Conditions.

What happens in bad weather?

We do not offer refunds or rescheduling due to bad weather. Each field includes a shelter for you to use as cover from the rain or sun.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book 3 months ahead to secure your preferred times, especially during peak hours.

Are your fields secure?

Yes, our fields are fully enclosed with 1.8m dog-proof fencing to create a safe, controlled environment for dogs of all temperaments.

How long is each session and why are there buffer times?

Each For Paws booking is for a 50‑minute private session.

Short buffered gaps are built in between bookings to allow safe and calm changeovers, giving the previous user time to leave and ensuring the field and parking bay are clear before the next session begins. This helps reduce stress for dogs and owners, prevents overlap, and supports a relaxed, positive experience for everyone.

How do I find the fields?

Directions and location details are included in your confirmation email along with a link to a map for easy navigation.

Where should I park?

Please use the signed parking bay provided. To help keep access clear for everyone, avoid blocking the entrance or parking on verges. We ask that you arrive only a couple of minutes before your booked time to avoid any overlapping of customers leaving the site.

How do I access the fields?

Entry instructions are provided in your pin code email which is sent on the morning of your session. Check that the parking bay and field are clear before entering to ensure safe changeovers.

What if my code doesn’t work?

Immediate troubleshooting steps

• Check the timeframe and field: Verify that you are arriving within your booked time slot and at the correct field.
• Verify the code: Double-check the code in the pin number email. Ensure you haven't swapped numbers or missed a digit.
• Keypads: You may need to press "C" before the code.

If the code still doesn't work

• Take photos/videos: This proves you were there during your time slot and helps with rescheduling requests.
• Do not let your dog loose: Keep them secure in your car to prevent safety incidents.
• Email For Paws: Contact [email protected] immediately to create a written record of the issue.

Are there limits on noise?

Please be considerate of local residents. Avoid excessive barking and use enrichment rather than high-energy play if needed.

Do you maintain the fields?

Yes. Although the site is not permanently staffed, we carry out weekly checks and maintenance to ensure the fields, fencing, and equipment remain safe and enjoyable.

We are aware that, on occasion, dog waste may be left behind. It is your responsibility to pick up after your dogs. While we do our best to remove any waste during our checks, the high volume of visitors means we cannot guarantee the fields will be completely clear. Your support keeps the fields clean and safe for everyone.

Is there lighting at the fields?

Our fields are available for daytime use only and are not equipped with artificial lighting. Please consider bringing a torch if needed.

Do you provide water?

Yes, fresh water is available for your dog to drink or for a quick rinse before getting in the car. Please do not let anyone other than dogs drink from the water source.

Are dog waste bins available?

Yes. Please bring your own poo bags and always pick up after your dog. We’ve provided dedicated dog waste bins on site to make disposal quick and easy.

Is professional training allowed?

Yes, please book via the booking system and ensure you stay within the fields’ maximum capacity.

Can I bring children?

Children must be supervised at all times. The site is primarily designed for dogs and does not include play structures for children.

What should I do in an emergency?

If the situation is life‑threatening, please call 999 straight away.
