Picea abies 'Viminalis'

This is the stunning Picea abies 'Viminalis', a champion spruce for height and girth. A weeping form of a common large spruce species often used as a Christmas tree. The branches are so intensely pendulous that they give the appearance of curtains and in the Gardens are often used as a shelter from sudden shower. A lush, architectural evergreen.
