Incident location
To investigate your claim, we need to know the exact location of the incident. If we do not have this information, or if this information is not clear, we will be unable to process your claim and will need to contact you for more details.
Providing images, maps and diagrams is the most effective way to provide the location information that we require. You could use:
- Google Streetview to capture and share a view of the location
- sketches of the location with road names to draw a clear map indicating the exact location of the incident
- photos of the defect, including the surrounding area, the defect and its context, if safe to do so
Failure to provide accurate location information when submitting your claim will delay the processing of your claim.
