When you submit a claim, you must clearly state the specific defect that caused the incident for which you are claiming. Claims that attribute damage to multiple defects will not be accepted.

Ensure you include detailed information about the exact defect responsible for the incident. If this isn’t clear we will need to contact you for more details, which will delay the processing of your claim.
