After you have submitted your claim

Following the submission of your claim, only contact us if we have requested more information or if you want to provide additional details to supplement your claim. In either case please do so by updating your claim enquiry.

We aim to process your claim as soon as possible, however due to high volumes there may be a delay. You will be sent a formal acknowledgement and, following further investigation, notification of the outcome. If you contact us for an update during this time, we will not be able to provide you with any details or fast track your claim.
