Anyone living within the Hampshire area and holding a valid Blue Badge can apply for a Disabled Persons Parking Place.
The Blue Badge number must be registered to the applicants’ current address. We cannot accept applications for Disabled Persons Parking Places for areas outside of Hampshire.
Before you apply
Before you complete the form, ensure that you have the following:
- A valid Blue Badge - registered to your home address
- A vehicle registered at your address which you own - this vehicle should be driven by you, or by someone else resident at the same address who drives it on your behalf
- Written medical evidence from a health care professional - only if you currently have access to an off-road parking space which is unsuitable
- Written agreement of the neighbour(s) - only if the parking space cannot be placed outside of your own property
The approval process
On receipt of your application, an engineer will assess the application to determine its suitability. We will then contact you within 21 days of your application with the outcome.
