Who can apply
Anyone living within the Hampshire area and holding a valid Blue Badge can apply for a Disabled Persons Parking Place.
It is the applicants' responsibility to apply for their Blue Badge and to ensure that it is in date. The Blue Badge number must be registered to the applicants’ current address.
Hampshire County Council cannot accept applications for Disabled Persons Parking Places for areas outside of Hampshire.

Before you apply
Before you complete the form, you will need:
- a valid Blue Badge – registered to your home address
- a copy of the vehicle’s V5C certificate (log book) – a Disabled Persons Parking Place will normally only be provided for a vehicle registered and kept at the applicant’s address
- written support of the neighbour/s – only when you are requesting that the parking place be located outside another residence (whether partly or wholly)
