Business permits
Hampshire County Council has introduced a new Business Permit scheme in a small number of areas across the county.
The permits are available across all zones in Eastleigh and a limited number of zones in Hart and Basingstoke.
We also offer business permits within the various yard areas of Basingstoke, please email [email protected] for more information on how to apply for these Yard permits.
The benefit of this system is that the permit allows certain business owners to park in residents’ parking zones and designated business permit holder only bays.
Various prices apply to the business permits and will show once the business owner has registered with Mipermit. The vehicle registration can be changed any time on the business owners MiPermit account.
In order that an application can be considered, please provide the following evidence:
- Company headed letter
- Proof of business address

Please note that without the required evidence we may not be able to process your application. The council reserves the right to refuse an application. If the council suspects that the permit is being misused, it reserves the right to withdraw or cancel a permit at any time.
