Unlocking potential

At the Shared Services Partnership, we're passionate about developing and transforming the technology that underpins our services and supports our Partners.

Our experienced project management professionals and skilled in-house SAP specialists work together to deliver continuous improvement across our technology landscape. Every enhancement is designed to increase efficiency, improve the customer experience and strengthen the resilience, security and scalability of our services.

Following the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA, we now have a modern, secure and resilient platform that provides a strong foundation for the future. As Local Government Reorganisation (LGR) and Devolution reshape the public sector landscape, our ambitious roadmap to 2030 will help ensure our services, systems and operating model are ready to support change while continuing to deliver value across the Shared Services Partnership.
