Wellness and Fitness Week

Join Hampshire Outdoors for a five-day Wellness and Fitness Week residential based at Stubbington Study Centre on the Hampshire coast. This residential offers participants the opportunity to develop their understanding of physical wellbeing, fitness and healthy lifestyles while meeting new people and completing the Residential section of their Gold Duke of Edinburgh's Award.

Throughout the week you'll take part in a variety of activities including Pilates, yoga-inspired movement, circuit training, fitness sessions, local walks, team-building challenges and outdoor activities. Daily sessions focus on core strength, posture, mobility, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Participants will also have opportunities to enjoy the local coastal environment, including guided walks and recovery dips at the beach.

What you'll do

During the residential you can expect to:

• take part in daily fitness and wellbeing sessions
• develop strength, mobility and body awareness
• learn techniques to support positive physical and mental wellbeing
• join Pilates, circuit and fitness classes
• participate in team-building and social activities
• enjoy local walks and outdoor experiences
• meet new people from across Hampshire and beyond
• work towards successful completion of your Gold DofE Residential section

It has been a great opportunity to improve my fitness and dedication to my health. I never thought I would do an ice bath but it was amazing.
