Extra Care housing is the latest development in care. It offers affordable housing and a secure place to live in a home of your own. Care and support staff are on hand 24 hours a day, seven days a week to meet your assessed and emergency care needs.

Scheduled for completion early in 2027, our latest scheme in collaboration with Housing 21 brings 56 self-contained 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for social rent with 24/7 onsite care to Petersfield in East Hampshire. The development includes a range of communal facilities including an onsite restaurant.
