Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (AYSE)

• There are opportunities to join Hampshire Adults' Health and Care as a newly qualified social worker.
• When you start you will be required to undertake the ASYE which will enable you to consolidate your learning, develop capability and strengthen your professional confidence as a social worker. Our offer will include support to undertake the AYSE to complete your qualification for social work practice.
• We offer a reflective learning programme, regular one to one and peer supervision, an ongoing comprehensive training pathway and monitored workload to support your development over the year.
• The starting salary is £32,026 rising to £36,167 when you successfully complete the ASYE.
• You will need to apply for a social work post and be SWE registered. If you are successful you will automatically be enrolled on the ASYE.
