Fitting in physical activity within our busy lifestyles can be hard work. It doesn't take much to make a difference and we want to help you improve your health and happiness. Workplace Activities is undergoing a review at present and Hampshire County Council are looking at centralising the services to promote an overall approach to staff's well being. The team currently offer a range of activities such as Yoga, Pilates, swimming club, Boxercise, Thai Chi, Body Positive and singing groups.
Leisure
Membership of Hampshire Police Leisure and Sports Club (HPLS) and HFRS Sports and Social Association (SSA) is open to all employees. Anyone joining our team can enjoy the many benefits available.
