About Hockley House

Hockley House operates an integrated health and social care model, offering coordinated, holistic support. The service is led by an experienced Registered Manager and includes a Deputy Manager, Clinical Leads, Team Supervisors and a dedicated team of Children’s Home Support Workers.

Clinical staff receive professional supervision both within the home and through Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.

About the roles

As a Children’s Home Support Worker or Waking Night Children’s Home Support Worker, you’ll support children to feel safe, valued and understood. You’ll help create consistency, stability and positive routines, while responding to individual needs with care and professionalism.
