Who will be working with you to provide long term support and/or to assess your care needs?

Depending on your situation and the service you receive, you may work with some or all of the following Social Care professionals.

Registered Managers

Registered Managers

The Registered Manager is responsible for delivering a safe, effective, well-led, responsive and caring service. They work with the Deputy Manager to provide operational leadership. This includes taking responsibility for the day-to-day organisation and care standards, and ensuring regulatory obligations are fulfilled.

Deputy Managers

Deputy Managers

Our Deputy Manager supports the Registered Manager with their duties and deputises for the Registered Manager when required. They work closely with our staff and visiting health professionals.

Registered Nurses

Registered Nurses

Registered Nurses working in our nursing services are on duty 24 hours a day. They monitor the clinical aspects of care and are part of the clinical support team that includes visiting professionals such as the GP.

Assistant Unit Managers

Assistant Unit Managers

Assistant Unit Managers working in our residential services administer medication and assist with the running of the home during the day. This includes co-ordinating visits from health professionals such as the GP, district nurses and therapists.

Senior Carers

Senior Carers

Senior Carers support our nurses and assistant unit managers with administering medicines. They also help provide care at the home.

Care Assistants

Care Assistants

Care Assistants help you to manage everyday activities. This includes personal care, washing and dressing, and any support required with meals and hydration.

Wellbeing/Family Liaison Officers

Wellbeing/Family Liaison Officers

Wellbeing/Family Liaison Officers help you to maintain links with family and friends and to enjoy activities of your choice. Whether it is arranging a video call with a friend or relative, or arranging individual and group activities, they can help.

General Assistants

General Assistants

General Assistants are part of the housekeeping team. They look after laundry and ensure the home is kept clean and tidy.

Catering Team

Catering Team

The kitchen caters for all dietary needs and cultural preferences. This includes any specific dietary requirements. We serve a wide range of freshly home-cooked meals each day.
