Mental wellbeing is important to our quality of life and the ability to cope with life's ups and downs. Good mental wellbeing helps people stay physically and mentally healthy.

Wellbeing services
Run by the three Mind organisations in Hampshire, wellbeing services offer funded accessible, short-term, outcome-focused support in the community, helping people to manage their mental health and wellbeing.
You can find your nearest wellbeing service in:
- Aldershot, Andover, Basingstoke and Romsey; Andover Mind
- Eastleigh, Fareham, Gosport, New Forest and Winchester; Solent Mind
- East Hampshire and Havant; Havant and East Hants Mind
These services are commissioned in partnership with the Integrated Care Board.
Other groups
Groups such as peer support, social and activity groups are also offered by the wellbeing centres and in the community.

Self-referral
People can self-refer to the community wellbeing services:

For those who prefer one-to-one sessions, a GP referral is the first step.

Mental Wellbeing Hampshire is a trusted source of local and national information for Hampshire people, providing support for a range of mental health issues and experiences, including crisis support and suicide prevention. There is a dedicated section focussed on wellbeing for children and young people. The website also includes a practitioners page.
Self-Harm Support Hub is dedicated space for anyone who is supporting young people who self-harm in Hampshire, offering 1-hour and 3-hour self-harm awareness training and 1-hour reflective practice sessions.
Take the free online Zero Suicide Alliance Training which is for anyone who wants to learn basic suicide awareness and prevention skills.
