We aim to support people with disabilities and complex care needs to experience all that Staunton has to offer. Contact us if you have any concerns or questions about your visit.
We allow pushchairs and wheelchairs into the farm but not any type of bicycles, in-line skates, scooters, ride ons, or pull along type vehicles.
We offer:
- concessionary rates for disabled visitors
- one free carer with one paying visitor with accessibility needs (see all ticket prices) – as proof we will accept Compass cards, i-go cards, letters from Disability Support Services, Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letters and appropriate Travel/Leisure cards – if you do not have any of the these, please do not worry, but contact us before you visit for further advice
- 3 disabled parking bays in the car park
- accessible gravel paths throughout the farm and gardens
- a small sensory garden, containing plants with a range of textures, colours and smells
- 3 accessible toilets (visitor centre, tearooms and courtyard toilet block)
- a Changing Places toilet in the visitor centre for visitors with severe learning or other disabilities
