Combined 6-day expedition
6-day training and assessed expedition (5-nights camping)
Itinerary
6 Weeks before expedition
We will send you information, such as a kit list and itinerary.
We will host a virtual meeting to talk you through the expedition experience and answer any questions that you may have.
Day 1
Training day to complete the DofE expedition training framework, including guided navigation walk.
Days 2 and 3
Groups complete two-day practice expedition under remote supervision.
Days 4, 5 and 6
Groups complete three-day assessed expedition under remote supervision.

Assessed 4-day expedition
4-day assessed expedition (3-nights camping).
This is an assessed only expedition for the Silver Award. We will need to see evidence that a practice expedition has been completed prior to the start of the assessed expedition.
