Fulcrum Automotive, on behalf of Hampshire County Council offer a range of short term hire vehicles for Hampshire County Council schools and departments. Whether you need a vehicle for a one off trip, move something substantial, or as a temporary replacement vehicle, short term hire is a great solution.

Existing users
If you are already registered, your log in details for the booking platform have been emailed to you. Use these to access the system and submit hire requests.
New users or users with missing log in details
If you have not received your log in details, or if you are new to the system, email: [email protected] to request access.
Important information
- booking Terms and Conditions will be sent with your log in details
- by activating your log in, you confirm that you accept the Terms and Conditions and the Driver Declaration
- if the named driver has not activated their log in, the hire request will be automatically rejected
- all hire requests and amendments are sent to the driver’s line manager for approval. No authorisation = no hire
