Chargeable services
We also support businesses by offering some chargeable services on a cost recovery basis.
The minimum charge for a service is half an hour, regardless of whether the full half hour is used, thereafter the charge is in quarter hour units.
The standard turnaround time for enquiries is 10 working days.
The hourly rate is reviewed annually and any changes will take effect from 1st April. Check the Chargeable Services document for the current hourly rate before requesting advice.
