Our Continuous Improvement team lead the CI journey, turning insight in to action and enabling the continual improvement of the service we offer our customers across the Shared Services partnership.

We are responsible for influencing department strategy, by bringing data insights to life and ensuring decision making is led by robust analytics.

Within Continuous Improvement we identify and implement the latest technologies and techniques to drive continuous improvement as well as define, develop and deliver the reporting capability that tracks and monitors performance against KPIs.

As well as leading all system and process development activity, the team ensure people development and communication are at the heart - demonstrating and applying best practice in people development.
