We provide financial and purchasing transactional services for our customers
For purchasing, we provide support to our customers to help with the ordering of goods and process invoices using specialist software, which allows a scanned image to be matched to an order and released for payment. Sometimes intervention is required and that's when our customer service skills play an important role, as we liaise with customers and suppliers.
We are also responsible for the majority of income and payments that are made to us by our customers.
