The successful applicant will be responsible for controlling any weeds (docks/ragwort/thistles etc) at the site which is to be taken as seen. There is a separate arrangement in place for beekeepers to keep hives in the area hatched green on the location plan. Note the land can get wet in the winter months or during periods of wet weather and may not be suitable for grazing during those periods.
