Licence fee

Offers invited, licence fee payable annually in advance. Please note there is an additional admin fee of £750 ex VAT payable on granting of the licence.

The site has no mains water supply.

Access

The land is accessed via Paddock Way.

Fencing

Applicants must decide for themselves if the fencing is adequate to keep any stock they might wish keep on the land contained.

A footpath runs adjacent to the site, but not within the boundaries of the field.
