Help for people with learning disabilities
There is a wide range of support available to people with learning disabilities and their families and carers
We assess people's needs, and, if they are eligible for help from us, we will develop individual support plans. We support everyone to be as independent as possible whilst making sure they are safeguarded from harm.

How to get involved
The main way of getting involved in discussion is through the Hampshire Learning Disability Partnership and their working groups. The Partnership representatives include carers and people with learning disabilities supported by advocacy. Self-advocates visit local groups for people in their area to talk about the work of the Partnership.
