Best Start Family Hubs in Hampshire

Best Start Family Hubs are central to the Government’s vision for early childhood. From April 2026, every local authority will have them.

Family Hubs provide:

• Maternity, health visiting and infant feeding support
• Early years development and SEND guidance
• Stay and play sessions
• Parenting workshops
• Pathways to specialist services
• Digital access to information
• A friendly, welcoming place for families with children of any age to get help

Hampshire will integrate Family Hubs with local NHS neighbourhood health services to create a seamless experience for families.
