Getting here by car
From the M27 from the west, make a U-turn at M27 Junction 1, and re-join the A31 and follow directions below:
- From the M27 from the east, continue along the A31 after Junction 1 for about a mile
- Take the Minstead turning on your left on the brow of the hill
- Pass the village hall on your right and take the second turning on the right signposted "Study Centre"
- Follow the road down to the ford and turn right
Getting here by rail
The nearest train station is Ashurst New Forest Station, approximately 5.5 miles away. The nearest mainline train station is Brockenhurst, approximately 6.9 miles away.
Parking
Parking is free and available (however, it is limited) for all guests/activity participants. To protect our wonderful local wildlife and make parking available to those who need it, please try and bring as few cars as possible.
Cars should park on the school yard or as directed.
Coaches will need to reverse around the corner and park in front of the gates to unload children.

Accessibility
We welcome many groups to our centre with additional needs.
- Accessible toilet and shower in our teachers’ room.
- Accessible toilet in our classroom.
- Ramp access to our dormitory.
- All terrain wheelchair on site.
Opening times
Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Although the centre remains open for guests, the office will be closed during weekends and bank holidays. In person visits are currently by appointment only.
