The Enda Ryan Poppy Pods
Our camping pods are ideal for those that want to add a touch of luxury to their camping trip when visiting the New Forest National Park.
The pods have been built sustainably in the United Kingdom with environmentally friendly materials and feature solar powered emergency lights. They also have a mains power supply for charging electronic devices and main led lighting. The pods have background underfloor heating providing a comfortable option for trips in the cooler months.
The pod village can accommodate up to 80 people across the 20 pods, each of which can accommodate up to four people (two on the double bed, two on camp beds). If you have a larger family you may need to book more than one pod to accommodate everyone.
In the centre of the village is a large roundhouse for communal cooking and eating, this has solar lighting for the evening so you can socialise with others. There are two waterless toilets at the village for use by guests primarily when needed overnight.
Our Camping Pods are available to book during weekends and school holidays. School holiday dates are based on Hampshire school holidays only.
The Poppy Pod military scheme
The Enda Ryan Poppy Pod Village is our legacy to Armed Service personnel. These pods are here in perpetuity to recognise and remember the sacrifices made and faced by the Armed Forces Community.
The pods provide residential holiday/respite facilities for service personnel, veterans and their families at a discounted rate and have been designed with accessibility in mind.
This project has been made possible with the help of the Armed Forces Community Covenant, the Royal British Legion Brockenhurst Branch and Hampshire County Council.

How to book
To see availability at a discounted rate, you must register to the Poppy Pod Military scheme. The Scheme is only open to current serving members of the UK Armed Forces, reservists or military veterans who served in a full-time capacity.
Once registered, you’ll need to sign into your account to book the available dates at the discounted rate.
Members of the military scheme are able book ANY available date, however the below dates are specifically allocated for military bookings ONLY. Public guests will be unable to book the pods during this time.

Bookings cannot be processed by phone or email and you must be booked through the website. Remember to bring your military documentation each time you visit.
Poppy pods for the public
February - March 2025: £46.50 per pod per night
April 2025: £49.45 per pod per night

October 2025 - March 2026: £49.45 per pod per night
Parking for pods
There’s a gravel roadway leading to the Poppy Pods where you can unload and load your vehicle. The parking bays at the Pods are for blue badge holders only. We therefore ask once you have finished unloading/loading your vehicle all vehicles are parked in our main car park.
