Hampshire Domestic Abuse Partnership
The Hampshire Domestic Abuse Partnership (HDAP) is a group of local services and agencies in Hampshire working together to provide help and support for:
- Victims and survivors of abuse, including children and young people
- People who may be hurting someone or using abusive behaviour
- Family and friends seeking advice
- Professionals
During major sporting events like the men’s FIFA World Cup, emotions can run high and, for some, alcohol use and heightened tensions can increase the risk of domestic abuse. Our campaign aims to raise awareness of this issue and ensure that anyone experiencing abuse knows they are not alone. We encourage anyone affected to reach out for support and to put a safety plan in place.
Confidential support and advice are available - now and throughout the tournament.
