Domestic abuse can happen to anyone, no matter your gender, age or ethnicity, you are not alone. There is support available to you.
Your experience is unique to you but if your partner, ex-partner or a family member is using behaviours towards you that:
- make you feel scared
- physically hurt you
- make you feel bad about yourself
- restrict your access to finances
- pressure you to do things you do not want to do;
or any other behaviours that make you feel that you are not in control of your own life, please talk to us to see how we can offer support.
