We provide personalised support for children and young people who have experienced or are currently experiencing domestic abuse.

We offer tailored support, guidance, education, and resources to help them navigate their support needs and build a safer, healthier future.

Stop Domestic Abuse advice line

These services are provided by Stop Domestic Abuse.

You can call the advice line on 03300 165 112.

The advice line is available to anyone seeking advice, help, support or access to services. This includes victims and survivors, family and friends of someone experiencing abuse, and professionals.

Children and Young People's Service

If your child is experiencing domestic abuse, this service provides one-to-one support, advice, education and assistance for school aged children and young people (4-17).

Group work

If your child is experiencing domestic abuse, there are a range of different groups designed to help them improve confidence and self-esteem, explore healthy relationships and look after their own safety.

Groups are available for young people aged 5-17. The advice line can provide details of groups currently available.

Childline

Childline is available for children and young people to reach out for help and support by phone or using their online chat service. They also provide specific guidance for young people on how to get help and what to do if they are worried about a friend.
