Falls Prevention
Falls Prevention is about living a full and independent life without the worry of falling.
Steady and Strong are evidence-based falls prevention exercise classes designed and delivered by experts. These classes are all about boosting your strength and balance to keep you steady on your feet and reduce your risk of falling.
Become a Falls Friend in your local community or workplace by learning to raise awareness about common causes of falls and offering practical tips on reducing risks.
