Our birthday party package includes:
- A unique, interactive farm experience led by a member of our team
- Exclusive, private use of our fully furnished and decorated party facility, ‘The Cabin’ for 1 hour for lunch, games or presents etc
- Catering is available in a children’s activity bag including a pre-packaged sandwich, crisps, juice, and snack item
- Activities in The Cabin for the group to enjoy in their own time
- Personalised Manor Farm e-vites for guests
- A special Manor Farm birthday card and gift for the guest of honour!
- Colourful birthday tabards for the children to wear around site
- A Bluetooth speaker in The Cabin for you and your guests to connect to
- Tea, coffee, milk, squash and water are all provided in The Cabin. Additional drinks can be purchased in either one of our cafés
Morning birthday party schedule
10:15am - Birthday family arrive for set-up and introduction.
10:30am - Guest arrival.
10:30am to 11am - Playbarn time.
11am to 12pm - Farm experience led by a member of our team.
12pm to 1pm - Time in The Cabin for lunch, presents games etc.
Afternoon birthday party schedule
Only available from March 1st to October 31st.
1:45pm – Birthday Family arrive for set-up and introduction.
2pm – Guest arrival.
2pm to 3pm - Time in The Cabin for lunch, presents games etc.
3pm to 4pm - Farm experience led by a member of our team.
4pm to 4:30pm - Playbarn time
Prices
Our standard party plan is £250 plus £6.50 per child if you’re choosing children’s food.
If the person booking has a current Manor Farm Membership, you will receive a 10% discount off the total cost.
Once details of the party have been organised, a payment link will be sent to you to confirm the booking. The full payment is required to secure the booking. Please be aware that until full payment is received the booking is not final and that selected date/time is not yet reserved. In the case of cancellation, we require at least 7 days notice.
Additional party details
Parties will go ahead whatever the weather, so remember to dress and plan appropriately.
This package is available for groups of up to 10 children and 11 adults. The standard entry fee of £11 will be required for any additional adults. Additional children (will not be part of the party group) will also pay normal entry fee of £9.
Parking can be guaranteed for up to 3 cars up to half an hour before and after the party time and is free of charge.
