Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF)
The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) can help people in Hampshire who are finding it hard to afford everyday essentials.
The fund can help if you have a current financial crisis such as:
- You have lost some of your income
- You have an unexpected bill
- Something important in your home breaks and needs replacing
- You are struggling to pay for essential items.
Fast help when you need it
If something goes wrong and you need help quickly, the CRF may be able to support you. This can help stop money worries from getting worse.
Simple and easy to use
The CRF replaces older support schemes with one fund. This makes it easier to understand what help is available and how to apply.
Help for the future
The CRF is not just for emergencies. It can also help you:
- Get advice with money and budgeting
- Make sure you are getting all the benefits and support you are entitled to
- Find local community services that can help you and your family.
The CRF has replaced the Household Support Fund, which ended on 31 March 2026. It will support Hampshire residents from 2026 to 2029.
