Registrars

Your registrars will lead you through your ceremony, and they’ll familiarise themselves with your vows, readings and any other personalised elements by using your planning form. They will also meet you and your partner, either together or separately, before your ceremony begins for a pre-ceremony meeting. This meeting is nothing to worry about, they will simply walk you through your ceremony and make sure all paperwork is in order. You will not need to bring any paperwork or documents with you on the day of your ceremony as this is all provided when you give notice of your marriage or civil partnership.

Your venue can also contact Hampshire Ceremonies team if there’s a need to get in touch. Alternatively, before the day you can speak to our Ceremonies Liaison team if you have any queries about your ceremony.
