Angela Blandford

Senior HR Adviser

Angela joined the EPS team in January 2023 as a Senior HR Adviser, having previously worked within Local Authority Education and Children’s Services since 2005. Prior to undertaking a career in HR, Angela held roles such as, deputy Designated Safeguard Lead and non-teaching Head of Year, giving Angela first-hand experience of day-to-day school life.

Angela began her HR career in 2017 as an HR Officer for an Multi-Academy Trust covering Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex; providing HR advice to Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams. Angela is an Associate member of CIPD and has a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management and HR Consultant Partner Level 5 Apprenticeship with Distinction.
