Angela Blandford

Senior HR Adviser

Angela joined the EPS team in January 2023 as a Senior HR Adviser, where she provides advice and support to Senior Leaders on complex employee relations casework.

Prior to moving into HR, Angela worked for a number of years within Local Authority Children’s Services and Education. During this time, she held roles including Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and non-teaching Head of Year in secondary education, giving her a solid understanding of the day-to-day workings of schools.

Angela began her HR career within a Multi-Academy Trust covering Hampshire, Berkshire and West Sussex, where she supported Headteachers and Senior Leadership Teams on a range of HR matters.

Angela is an Associate Member of the CIPD and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management, as well as a Level 5 HR Consultant/Partner Apprenticeship.
