Staff are one of your most important assets and play a vital role in supporting your school to achieve the best possible outcomes for your children. We also appreciate that when staffing issues do arise, they need to be dealt with as quickly as possible in a way that minimise disruption to the day to day running of the school.
EPS offer immediate access through our help desk to an expert HR consultant who will:
- ensure they understand the context of your school before providing you with a range of options to resolve your issues
- agree key milestones with you to enable you to meet your objective in the required timescales
- arrange 1:1 support to manager's in complex cases, including acting as the managers advocate in hearings where appropriate
