Carolyne has around 20 years' experience in Human Resources within different industries. In the last 11 years, her experience has mainly been senior HR adviser in organisations providing support to vulnerable people. Carolyne has a master's in human resource management and is CIPD Level 7 qualified. Carolyne enjoys providing support to senior managers on people issues through to resolution.
