Senior HR Adviser

Emma is an experienced, CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of HR matters. She enjoys establishing and developing relationships with customers to enable them to achieve desired outcomes regarding employee relations issues.

Outside of her time at EPS (having previously been employed here between 2016 and 2023) Emma has experience as an HR Consultant and has supported clients in both public and private sectors. She has in depth expertise of casework involving ill health, conduct, performance/capability, grievance, TUPE, pay and benefits.

Emma has a pragmatic approach and is keen to understand the requirements of each customer to provide tailored risk assessed options, whilst maintaining a sense of fun.
