Emma Cullen

Strategic HR Adviser

Emma is an experienced, CIPD qualified HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of HR matters. She has a pragmatic approach and enjoys establishing and developing relationships with customers to enable them to achieve desired outcomes, whilst maintaining a sense of fun.

As part of the Strategic Team, Emma takes the lead for EPS’s training provision and she has in depth expertise of casework involving ill health, conduct, performance/capability, grievance, TUPE, pay and benefits.

Outside of her time at EPS (having previously been employed here between 2016 and 2023) Emma has experience as an HR Consultant and has supported clients in both public and private sectors.
