Fiona Isaacs

Senior HR Adviser

Fiona brings over 14 years' HR experience across the public and private sectors and most recently worked as the HR Manager for an independent school in Winchester. She has advised Senior Leadership Teams, Governors, and senior managers on a wide range of HR matters, with experience in complex employee relations, organisational change, mergers, TUPE, redundancies, and recruitment initiatives. She also has a particular interest in inclusivity and neurodiversity and has led the HR function through ISI and UKVI inspections.

Alongside her HR career, Fiona has held senior management roles across a range of sectors, including at director level. This gives her a broad commercial and organisational perspective, which she brings to her HR advice. Her approach is practical, responsive, and people-focused, taking time to understand the situation and provide clear advice that helps people and organisations move forward.
