Senior HR Adviser

Florence is a CIPD-qualified HR professional with experience in employee relations, recruitment, organisational change and workforce planning across a range of sectors, including transport, aviation and manufacturing. She is passionate about helping leaders navigate people's challenges and deliver positive outcomes for both employees and organisations.

Before joining the team as a Senior HR Adviser, Florence held HR and resourcing roles. Her experience includes supporting senior leaders on employee relations matters, organisational change, talent attraction and HR projects. Most recently, she led a large-scale people change programme, successfully embedding new ways of working across multiple operational teams.

Known for her collaborative and pragmatic approach, Florence enjoys building strong relationships with stakeholders and developing practical solutions that support both organisational goals and employee wellbeing.

Florence holds a BA (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Winchester and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in People Management.
