Joanne (Jo) Spargo

Jo joined EPS in February 2023 as a Senior HR Adviser having previously worked as an HR Advisor/HR Business Partner for Schools in another local authority; providing professional HR advice and guidance to Head Teachers and Senior Leaders. Prior to this, Jo has over 20 years of HR experience working in various Public sector settings including NHS Trusts and Local Government departments, providing HR guidance on employee relations casework and Resourcing support. Jo is an Associate member of the CIPD and has a Post Graduate Diploma (PgDIP) in Personnel and Development, CIPD Level 7. Jo is working as part of a job share with Emma Hudson.
