Jonathan Crump joined Education People Services as a Senior HR Adviser in October 2019. He specialises in supporting schools with complex employee relations casework, with particular expertise in organisational change projects and safeguarding cases. Jonathan believes in providing clear, practical advice and supporting customers through difficult situations to achieve positive results.

Before joining the team, Jonathan worked in further education colleges in Gosport and Southampton, bringing extensive experience across a wide range of HR policies and major organisational projects.

Jonathan holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and is an Associate Member of the CIPD. Jonathan is passionate about working within the education sector and takes pride in delivering a high-quality, responsive, and customer-focused HR service.
