Jonathan Crump joined Education Personnel Services in October 2019. Before this, he worked in colleges in Gosport and Southampton, where he advised on various HR policies and contributed to significant projects. He holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management and is an Associate Member of CIPD.

Jonathan is deeply passionate about education. Since joining the team, he has enjoyed supporting customers with a wide range of casework to achieve the best possible outcomes.
