Senior HR Adviser
Kathy has a background in Education. She worked for over 16 years as a teacher in an inner city secondary school and gained experience in both academic and pastoral roles as a Head of Department and Deputy Head of Key Stage 4. Kathy has worked in Education Personnel Services for 17 years providing specialist HR consultancy advice and guidance to Headteachers and Governors on a wide range of HR issues, with a particular interest in teachers’ pay, conduct and safeguarding issues. She has undertaken roles within policy development, training and casework for schools. Kathy holds a BEd Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. Kathy is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.
