Katie Cope

Senior HR Adviser

Katie joined EPS in April 2021 and brings over 25 years of operational HR experience across both private and public sector organisations. Prior to this, she worked for Southampton City Council, where she held a number of roles, culminating in her position leading HR advisory support for both Schools and Council Services. Earlier in her career, Katie worked within the NHS, primarily focusing on employee relations casework.

Katie has also served as a school governor and Chair of Governors at a local primary school.

Her extensive experience provides her with strong expertise in employee relations, particularly within an education context. She has a particular interest in complex casework and is passionate about supporting schools to successfully navigate and resolve challenging employee relations issues.
