Senior HR Adviser

Katie joined EPS in April 2021 and has over 20 years operational HR experience working in both private and public sector organisations. Previously Katie worked in Southampton where she led the advisory support for both Schools and Council Services. Over the last 8 years Katie has supported many Southampton schools (and a few on the Isle of Wight) with complex HR issues and represented the Local Authority in task groups and at Teachers’ Liaison Panel.

Katie’s interest is complex casework and supporting schools to resolve challenging ER issues.
